Private sessions are also readily available if you do not have a referral.
Adult Therapy

Meet Your Psychologist
Hello, I am Raeleen Hind. As a registered General Psychologist, I provide empathetic, evidence-based care to children, teens, and adults across Australia. With a diverse background in mental health, disability, and occupational rehabilitation, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental telehealth space where you can find relief, clarity, and practical strategies for moving forward.
At Hindsight Online Therapy, I tailor treatment plans using CBT, DBT, and ACT to support clients navigating depression, anxiety, complex trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence (ADHD & ASD), bipolar disorder, and relationship stressors. Alongside psychotherapy, I specialise in comprehensive diagnostic assessments and high-quality medico-legal reporting (WorkCover, and DSP) to help you seamlessly navigate complex support systems.
Having navigated mental health challenges myself, I deeply understand how overwhelming it can be to balance life's responsibilities while struggling. This lived experience shapes my practical, strengths-based approach. Whether you are seeking symptom relief, diagnostic clarity, or specialist reports, you don't have to go it alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, Hindsight Online Therapy proudly offers fully bulk-billed sessions to eligible clients across Australia. To access this, you will need a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral from your GP prior to your first session. You do not need a concession card to be eligible. If you wish to book privately without a referral, the standard fee for a 50-minute session is $180.
Your GP can send your Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter directly to the clinic via secure medical email at rae@hindsighttherapy.com.au or via fax at 0754064115. Alternatively, you can request a copy from your GP and email it to me directly before your first session.
Telehealth sessions are primarily conducted via a secure, encrypted video link to ensure your privacy. Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with a unique link to join from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. If you feel uncomfortable with video calls or experience technical difficulties, I am more than happy to conduct your session via a standard phone call instead. Just let me know your preference!
I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because that time is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee of $90. Please note that Medicare does not provide rebates for cancelled or missed sessions.
At this time, Hindsight Online Therapy is not a registered NDIS provider, and I am unable to accept NDIS-funded clients or provide documentation/services related to NDIS plans. My focus is entirely on providing support through Medicare bulk billing, private sessions, and workplace/assessment pathways. If you require specialised NDIS psychological support, I highly recommend discussing your needs with your GP or support coordinator to help find an appropriately registered provider.
